Using laser scanning and #photogrammetry, participants explored how heritage assets can be documented through complementary digital techniques. The activity focused on a multiresolution, multisensor approach, demonstrating how different technologies can work together to capture, document and preserve cultural heritage in digital form.
Fieldwork at archaeological sites provides an invaluable opportunity to move beyond theory and gain hands-on experience with the technologies and methods used in digital heritage documentation.
