One of the most significant achievements of the REVITALISER project’s first reporting period is the successful establishment of the CPP4ALL COST Action, a new pan-European network dedicated to Cultural Property Protection.
The REVITALISER coordinator, Dr. Dante Abate (ERATOSTHENES Centre of Excellence), has been appointed Chair of the new Action — a recognition of the centre’s growing role in shaping the European agenda on the protection of archaeological and cultural heritage.
CPP4ALL substantially expands the European network around Cultural Property Protection by connecting researchers, policy-makers and practitioners from across the EU and the EMMENA region. The new Action will work in close synergy with REVITALISER, opening additional channels for knowledge transfer, capacity building and joint research proposals on the safeguarding of cultural heritage from looting and illicit trafficking.
This milestone significantly enhances ECoE’s visibility and strategic positioning at both national and international levels and reinforces the long-term sustainability of REVITALISER’s outcomes well beyond the project lifecycle.
